Paid through paypal, no order confirmation from Fanatec

Hello, I paid through paypal, but the website froze after processing my payment. I was charged by paypal, and received a transaction ID and everything, but Fanatec's website does not show my order in the account, and I never got an email from Fanatec.
The paypal transaction lists the wrong shipping address as well, even though Fanatec's website has my correct address.
How do I get in touch with someone who can help me? I cannot get responses from any of the Contact Us options
