Sequential switch broken - please help

fanatec clubsport shifter sq v 1.5 - I've been trying to find videos that show the inside rather than focusing on the actual stick.

The switch is stuck and I'd like to work out how to fix it.

If you know any videos or advice to access the switch can you please help.
