APM Compatibility with UHX (Issue)

What is meant by "​ClubSport Steering Wheel Universal Hub for Xbox One - (some units may exhibit a deadzone on the analogue paddle axes, main magnetic shifters and secondary paddles unaffected)" under compatibility on the Fanatec Website ? Is this affecting the useage on the XBox One Console only or is it the same problem if are using the UHX on a PC?

    Same on pc as it’s a hardware issue on those affected units.
