Fanatec repair shop in California

Is it possible to contact the repair shot directly in California... I sent my v2 pedals in cause both hal sensor were not working.. it's been over 3 weeks... I am trying to be patient..

    Didn't think repair shop would be so overwhelmed also

    Not necessarily overwhelmed, more limited with the current situation. Things are slowly opening up and getting back to the new normal.
