Great! As my setup is the same from Bart (except the previous Driver installed version) I´ll have no problem intalling this new Driver Version!! Right??
Can someone post a copy of the pdf.... I've had to downgrade from 356 and want to make sure it's been done right....
I've had troubles on and off since I bought my dd1 a month and a half ago....after initial problems it work ok for a few weeks then strange things are happening again... game crashes(raceroom) then the dd spins continuously and cant be turned off. Then it doesn't show in the fanatec menu.
Oddly enough, unplugging the power brick for 24hrs allowed the dd to work as intended for 1/2hr .
Then the dd stopped working and I've now unplugged again.
It shows up in the fanatec menu as an 8 axis device, rather than a dd.
I'm kinda fed up with this, have they offered a refund on these, as stated ice had it for a short time and it's been alot of headaches

Just a heads up that the problems may not be with the drivers themselves but with the version of windows that it is running on as I did a security patch on V1903 the other day and had to uninstall and go back to 356, it was on a V2.5 though! Might be worth asking people what version of Windows 10 they are running to help speed up finding a resolution. Cheers
Sorry to hear that, a couple of the issues you mention seem to be related to the last beta drivers, please try it with driver 346 and downgrade the firmware like mentioned in the instructions I've posted above.
Can someone confirm that the FFB on the CSW v2 is more spikey/livley than before? i do like it, but im concerned that the jolts/spikes in the FFB could destroy something over time...just wanted know what some other users think...
I like the FFB in the new driver versions, but I am also seriously worried about the sounds of the base in collisions, these are the sounds of the impact of iron on iron, strong enough, could you confidently say that this will not damage the base? You tested new drivers in a collision simulation mode, such as those in the iRacing game?
hey guys, when are you going to release a working driver? a functioning updated driver is expected from September 2019. 6 months have passed and there are only Beta drivers that do not work in the best ways, also in my Base CSW 2.5 I find only the official 328 drivers as the last ones that I cannot make the most of my Formula 1 2018 LE steering wheel and also these I cannot sure to use FanaLab, and even if I insert the last 347 Beta for my CSW 2.5 I can use the latest release of FanaLab, as well as having notcy problems ... I seem to have become a Beta Tester for FANATEC and not a customer. Too bad because FANATEC until some time ago had given me satisfaction with seriousness with its buyers.

sorry Marcel Pfister
I didnt go back and look at the first post like I should have. How goes the hunt for the "Wheel wont update issue"?
Do we know if there is any issues the the Podium Porsche 911 GT3 rim with this update.
please see first post for known issues with the BME.
Hmmm nup i wont be updating to this driver either... still jolt issues. no thanks
Jup Jolts are still there. I think i can reproduce them faster by leaving wheel menu open.
How can i manually downgrade the base and motor firmware?
Where can i get step by step instructions?
step by step guide to downgrade is provided in the pdf included in the 361 driver package.

Downgrade is simple.
thats it.

Driver and Firmware instructions for the ones who missed it:

Thanks for the hint that's what I'm currently doing.
Tanks!
Can you provide a download link (at my own risk). Would like to try it on my CSL.
Same goes for me!
Same here!!
PM Marcel Pfister for the link.

PC driver 361/ WheelBase driver 672
I'm not yet aware of that being the cause but even if I doubt it would affect or destroy something.

Which driver and firmware version did you use before where it felt less violent? Can you make a video?
Those blows in the violent nothingness or in the pianos, were already felt in the versions before ... I notice them the same as before.
To be honest, V347 with my CSW V2.5 are very good!
In order to understand what I'm telling you, it's enough to launch iRacing and crash into the wall at high speed.
Sorry, I saw that you were now talking about the csw and I was referring to the dd.
regards
Can someone send me a link to those V361 drivers please (at my own risks)?
